Note: This role offers flexibility with remote/hybrid work options for candidates based in Bali.
Responsibility
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and document project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Identify and mitigate project risks by proactively addressing potential roadblocks and escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a technical coordination, project management, or IT support role.
- Strong understanding of ICT concepts, software development lifecycles, and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
