Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across departments.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system security and data integrity.
- Collaborate with vendors for IT procurement and service contracts.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to streamline operations.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices for IT usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
