Responsibility
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for application development projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analyses to assess current systems and propose innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights and align project objectives.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on application development.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
