Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable systems infrastructure to support shared services and business operations.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to assess requirements and implement tailored solutions.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and best practices for data protection.
- Document system configurations, changes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and auditing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security principles.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus) and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
