Responsibility
- Support Partner/Category Managers in developing and implementing category strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the ICT sector.
- Analyze vendor performance, pricing models, and contract terms to optimize cost efficiency and value delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Sales, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of category projects.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders for decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to track category performance and propose improvements.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in category management, project analysis, or strategic sourcing, preferably in ICT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in vendor negotiations, contract management, or procurement is a plus.
- Familiarity with ICT products, services, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
