Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of cybersecurity operations to protect Hartalegaâs digital assets and infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents, ensuring timely detection and response to mitigate risks.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security measures into systems, applications, and processes.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and penetration testing to identify and address potential weaknesses.
- Prepare and present incident metrics, risk intelligence, and strategic improvement plans to executive management and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance our security posture.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection, and encryption technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevSecOps practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
