Responsibility
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain workforce forecasting models to predict staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and finance teams to align workforce strategies with business objectives.

- Implement process improvements to enhance workforce efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with workforce management (WFM) software is a plus.
