Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, including data quality rules, validation processes, and metadata management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to migrate, cleanse, and integrate master data across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies through proactive monitoring and root-cause analysis.
- Drive data standardization initiatives to improve interoperability and reduce redundancy across business units.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on MDM best practices, tools, and processes.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track data health, usage, and compliance metrics.
- Stay abreast of emerging MDM technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CDMP, TOGAF) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on data governance, migration, or integration.
- Proven expertise in MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, SAP Master Data Governance, Profisee, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and metadata management in enterprise environments.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 8000).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team with a results-driven mindset.
