You will play a key role in sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement to support our manufacturing operations.

Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and procuring raw materials, equipment, and services required for manufacturing operations.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent quality and supply.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and align purchasing strategies with production schedules.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative sourcing solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Support the procurement team in resolving any supply chain disruptions or delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate supplier performance and market trends.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations is a plus.
