Responsibility
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows within the insurance domain
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in insurance operations
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states of insurance systems
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training for new insurance technology implementations
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance processes (underwriting, claims, policy administration, etc.)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and process diagrams (UML, BPMN)
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts for data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
