Responsibility
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide digital transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee the implementation of AI, analytics, and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational data and systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and external vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions
- Establish and monitor project KPIs, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Foster innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending strategic IT investments
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on digital transformation
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI, analytics, or automation projects
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Experience working with remote teams and managing distributed projects
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
