Responsibility

  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and digital publishing tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, improving workflow efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and management of digital publishing platforms, including e-books, websites, and multimedia content.
  • Provide technical assistance to staff, including training and documentation for new tools and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations, to ensure reliability and security.
  • Assist in the development and execution of technical projects, such as system upgrades or integrations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, manuals, and best practices for internal use.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a technical support or assistant role, preferably in publishing, media, or a creative industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with hardware, software, and digital publishing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms).
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security protocols.
