Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using industry-standard software (Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks) for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design models to identify and resolve clashes, ensuring seamless integration of all project components
- Generate and manage construction drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with project teams to establish BIM execution plans and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Perform quality control checks on BIM deliverables to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency
- Support project delivery by providing BIM-related technical assistance to architects, engineers, and construction teams
- Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Train and mentor junior team members on BIM processes and software applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of professional BIM modeling experience
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (certification preferred) and other BIM software (ArchiCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360)
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, COBie) and industry best practices
- Experience with clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in complex modeling environments
- Ability to work effectively in remote/hybrid teams with strong communication skills in English
- Experience with parametric modeling and BIM automation tools is a plus
- Knowledge of construction documentation processes and project delivery methods
