Responsibility
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, resolving tickets efficiently through helpdesk systems.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and permissions to ensure secure access control.
- Monitor and optimize network infrastructure, including VPNs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems, to support manufacturing operations.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deploy, upgrade, and maintain IT systems and applications critical to manufacturing processes.
- Document IT procedures, create knowledge base articles, and train end-users on best practices for system usage.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execute backup strategies to minimize downtime and data loss.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Support Specialist, Systems Administrator, or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Azure AD, and SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices, including endpoint protection, patch management, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL are a plus.
