Responsibility
- Provide technical support for the preparation and management of digital materials, ensuring high-quality and accessible content.
- Assist in the setup, coordination, and troubleshooting of virtual meetings and webinars using platforms like Zoom.
- Manage and organize data, ensuring accuracy, security, and easy retrieval for organizational use.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain organizational resources, including databases, reports, and documentation.
- Offer technical guidance and training to staff on the use of digital tools and platforms.
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment, software, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing technical support, preferably in an educational or administrative setting.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of data management principles and practices.
