Responsibility
- Develop and deliver high-quality coding, robotics, and STEM training programs for students of varying age groups.
- Design interactive and age-appropriate curriculum aligned with global education standards.
- Conduct workshops, bootcamps, and one-on-one mentoring to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with schools, NGOs, and community centers to promote tech education initiatives.
- Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback to support their growth.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and teaching methodologies to ensure cutting-edge instruction.
- Create marketing materials and reports to showcase program impact and attract new partnerships.
- Participate in educational conferences and networking events to represent Technokids Philippines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Proven experience as a tech trainer, teacher, or education consultant (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python, Scratch, JavaScript) and educational tech tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring with a patient and adaptive approach.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Familiarity with project-based learning and gamification in education.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and work in a multicultural environment.
