Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top tech talent across various domains (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity).

- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring teams with detailed evaluations.

Qualifications
