Responsibility
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management to support professional growth.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career advancement.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and employee relations effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
