Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate fit for role and culture.
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated seamlessly into the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Leverage HR software and ATS tools to track applicant data, generate reports, and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using HRIS, ATS, or other recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus.
