Responsibility
- Lead and mentor cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable backend solutions for supply chain and e-commerce platforms.
- Architect and implement robust technical strategies to optimize warehousing, logistics, and inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and services to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the development team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a Tech Lead or Software Engineering Manager role, with a focus on backend development and supply chain technologies.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go, and frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or Express.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience in the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus.
