Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure to support Realtek’s software systems.
- Develop and optimize automation tools and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address potential issues to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Lead incident response efforts, conduct post-mortems, and implement preventive measures to minimize future disruptions.
- Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in system reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of reliability and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and logging systems.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and configuration management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
