Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end process analysis and redesign initiatives to improve operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation in healthcare workflows.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and clinical teams to design and deploy scalable solutions.
- Create detailed process documentation, including workflow diagrams, SOPs, and training materials.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure the impact of process changes.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably in healthcare or IT.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, workflow optimization, and change management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or BPM is a plus.
- Experience with healthcare systems or regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
