Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance software solutions for retail banking and retail industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement software requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using best practices and modern development methodologies.
- Optimize software performance, security, and reliability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance product offerings.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong background in backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
