Responsibility
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Oversee the entire SDLC, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Drive technical governance, including code reviews, performance optimization, and security compliance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring robust and reliable system performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending strategic adoption where applicable.
- Champion DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable systems using modern technologies.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and frameworks like Spring, Django, or .NET.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven technical decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
