Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of end-to-end technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Drive stakeholder alignment by facilitating clear communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
- Implement robust project governance frameworks, including risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, scope statements, and progress reports.
- Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to optimize project workflows and deliverables.
- Monitor project KPIs, resource allocation, and financial performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure seamless delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative project culture, mentoring team members and promoting continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation for technology projects.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a bonus.
