Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect network infrastructure and connected systems.
- Monitor and analyze security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents, providing timely responses and resolutions.
- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration testing to identify and address potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into project development and operations.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and recovery from security breaches.
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies to continuously enhance security measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in network security, threat detection, and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability scanners.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
