Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of scalable systems that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements to improve performance, security, and usability.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless system integration and deployment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in system design and implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Proven expertise in system design, analysis, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in system modeling tools (e.g., UML, ER diagrams) and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern system architectures is a plus.
