Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of baristas and cashiers to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Train and mentor new team members on beverage preparation, customer service, and shop procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor and manage daily sales and financial transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities and marketing strategies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the retail or food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of milk tea preparation and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
