Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned retail locations in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop and execute local sales strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays to maximize sales.
- Represent Merrell at local events, promotions, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with retail management software and sales tracking tools.
- Passion for outdoor activities and the Merrell brand.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
