Responsibility
- Conduct in-store product sampling and demonstrations to attract and engage customers.
- Promote and sell Sunshine Group Indonesia’s consumer products to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlet staff and managers.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive conversions.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure promotional materials are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in local events, fairs, or pop-up activations as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand representation standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in marketing or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive sales.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape is an advantage.
