Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of production and logistics staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to align production and logistics schedules with business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, productivity, and operational metrics.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to boost team morale and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using ERP or logistics management software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
