Responsibility
- Develop and implement the Plan Journey Package (PJP) for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of logistics professionals to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, resolve bottlenecks, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all logistics activities.
- Analyze performance data, generate reports, and present actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including vendors, clients, and internal teams, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in team leadership, including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
