Responsibility
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and services required for manufacturing operations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of procured items.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, orders, and invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and supply chain best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
