Responsibility
- Manage and execute the full procurement cycle, including PR, PO, and BAP (Berita Acara Penerimaan) processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
- Utilize ERP/SAP systems to track inventory levels, monitor procurement activities, and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to align procurement activities with inventory needs and production schedules.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and evaluate their reliability, quality, and delivery performance.
- Prepare and analyze procurement data using Microsoft Excel to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all purchasing documentation is accurate, complete, and filed in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Resolve procurement-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proficient in ERP/SAP systems, particularly modules related to Purchasing, Warehouse, and Procurement.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven procurement decisions.
- Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and best practices in supply chain management.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
