As a key member of our logistics team, you will oversee the efficient flow of materials, particularly OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods), ensuring seamless operations between inventory, production, and distribution. Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate inventory operations, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, with a focus on OCTG products.
- Oversee the accurate recording and tracking of stock levels using SAP MM to ensure data integrity and real-time visibility.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and shipping teams to optimize supply chain workflows and minimize delays.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Generate and analyze logistics reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations in all logistics activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth material flow and resolve logistical challenges.
- Support the implementation of new logistics technologies or systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing environments, preferably with OCTG materials.
- Proficient in SAP MM or similar ERP systems for inventory and material management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, warehouse operations, and manufacturing logistics.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data entry, reporting, and process execution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions to logistical challenges.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or other quality management systems is a plus.
