Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and implementation specialists to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Oversee the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and minimal disruption to customer operations.
- Collaborate with product teams to implement RealPage software solutions based on customer requirements and business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring successful product adoption.
- Monitor team KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational challenges to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, migration, and software implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, software implementation, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven expertise in data migration, database management, and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to data management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience with property management software or real estate technology is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
