Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of beauty advisors during events, ensuring high levels of customer service and engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person beauty events, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert beauty advice and product recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Monitor and report on event performance, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive customer attendance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our beauty products and stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all events.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or event management is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
- Basic knowledge of beauty products and trends, with a willingness to learn and grow.
