Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee product launches, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and procurement, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle vendor and partner relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key operational metrics and achievements.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, retail, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
