Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are attractive and well-organized.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by implementing promotional strategies and upselling techniques.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, sales, and staff productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and new initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a hypermarket or supermarket setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a benefit.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours during peak periods.
