Responsibility
- Assist the Area Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on store performance metrics, including sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with operational, safety, and merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with store managers to resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Support the training and development of store staff to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, audits, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of promotions and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar support role.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory control, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned locations in Bali.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team collaboration.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
