Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving escalated issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor daily sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the regional manager to execute promotional campaigns, sales initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Handle cash management, daily sales reporting, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Foster a positive work environment, motivating staff to achieve individual and team goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role, preferably in consumer goods or fashion retail.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and operational challenges.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
