Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with management to set and achieve team KPIs and business objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance, customer interactions, and operational metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within customer service or call center operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
