Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in Cantonese and English.
- Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail and compliance with data protection policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and improve service quality.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to deliver informed support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where applicable.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
