Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for tech-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Document and track customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and tech campaign details to provide accurate information.
- Handle escalations and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and CSAT scores.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or BPO environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Familiarity with tech products or services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
