Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for tech-related inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Document and track customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and tech campaign details to provide accurate information.
  • Handle escalations and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and CSAT scores.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or BPO environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Familiarity with tech products or services is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
