As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the bridge between our global clients and Cambodian-speaking customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of inquiries. Whether you’re assisting with account support, processing orders, or troubleshooting issues, your linguistic expertise and customer-centric approach will drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibility
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Cambodian (Khmer) and English.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback scores.
- Participate in training programs to refine language skills and service techniques.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cambodian (Khmer) and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of interactions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Open to relocation to Bali, Indonesia (preferred but not required for remote candidates).
