As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the bridge between our global clients and Cambodian-speaking customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of inquiries. Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Cambodian (Khmer) and English.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer feedback scores.
  • Participate in training programs to refine language skills and service techniques.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Cambodian (Khmer) and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of interactions.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
