Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Document all customer interactions in CRM systems with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to deliver informed support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong language skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (including weekends/holidays) to support global clients.
