Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of field officers to achieve business growth targets in assigned regions.
- Monitor and improve portfolio quality, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand microfinance services in Bali’s communities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align local operations with corporate objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize loan products and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational metrics.
- Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies and community leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving business growth targets.
- Strong understanding of microfinance operations, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
