Responsibility
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial goals.
- Provide personalized wealth management advice, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management.
- Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend suitable products (e.g., insurance, mutual funds, bonds).
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions tailored to client profiles.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to offer informed recommendations.
- Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management (training provided).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
