Responsibility
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections.
- Evaluate credit applications and determine risk levels based on financial data and market trends.
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for management review.
- Monitor and assess the creditworthiness of existing clients, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop credit policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
- Assist in the negotiation of credit terms and conditions with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit evaluations and decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field (required).
- Fresh graduates with a CPA license are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis, financial risk assessment, or a related role (for non-fresh graduates).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, ratio analysis, and credit scoring tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
