As a Financing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing financing strategies that align with Sharia-compliant principles. You will oversee the performance of Individual Financing Officers (IFOs), ensure compliance with banking regulations, and approve financing applications to support business expansion and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic financing plans to meet business targets while adhering to Sharia principles.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Individual Financing Officers (IFOs) to ensure productivity and compliance.
- Review, analyze, and approve financing applications in accordance with bank policies and risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financing processes and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure all financing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the bank’s financing portfolio in Bali.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to IFOs to improve their sales and service delivery skills.
- Prepare and present regular reports on financing performance, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in financing or credit.
- Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financing products and Islamic banking principles.
- Proven track record in team leadership, performance management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with banking regulations, risk management, and compliance frameworks in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
